Make sure to turn right onto Carrs Rd which is the second road on the right after the big bridge- you will see a sign saying "welcome to loburn" and a right turning arrow signs say cones rd to carrs rd- just follow the white lines 6.3km on the tar sealed rd. If you follow your gps it will take you one road too far over and direct you to gravel rd and a ford.
